The access to the kitchen is on the left side of the picture, while the double doors give access to the  the bedroom ensuite.

Beautiful sunsets are guaranteed.

One can get to the lower part of the villa through the visitors' house or by using this second street entrance.

A general presentation of the building. We are now visiting the lower level of the villa.


One can see already on the left side of the picture the visitors' facilities.
Now we concentrate our visit on the lower level.

First, the veranda and its sea view, being the living room!

The dining room and living room.

One will appreciate the selected tiles, imported from Italy.


The two en suite bedrooms, one in the bluish and one in the yellowish colors


And their respective bathrooms with the Italian showers.


We are back at the upper level and we shall visit now the visiting friends separate facility;

one room at the entrance which has been equipped of a bed,
one  bedroom, one dining/kitchen, and a bathroom.


From the dining room kitchen, a staircase is taking you to the lower part of the villa and its garden .
The space under the staircase has been organized in a laundry and store.
Hereunder a picture of the sea view you have when going down the steps.


Next pictures: further hidden places of the garden, some are already full of charm while some are on the ongoing finishing touches, suffering uncontrollable delays, as the boats arrival with the specific building material or availability of rare competent manpower! The owners are committed to finalize the ongoing construction of the swimming pool.

This swimming pool will provide a real quality of life.

Of course the sea is not that far but what a comfort to  decide to cool off
and jump in your own pool, protected from the too hard sunbeams by the surrounding coconut trees,
in total privacy at any time of the day or the night.
